Kiran Gandhi aka. Madame Gandhi is an inspiration to BROWNGIRLS across the globe as she blends a powerful musicality with political activism and a sharp business background. Known by her stage name ‘Madame Gandhi’, Kiran is an electronic music artist and activist based in Los Angeles. Having gained recognition as the former drummer for M.I.A. and as the iconic free-bleeding runner at the 2015 London Marathon, Madame Gandhi now writes music that elevates and celebrates the female voice.

We were thrilled to catch up with her after her first performance in London and find out more about her experiences of being BROWN and making it in the music industry today.
